ProMotion Billing services include the ability to bill all insurances, cash services, and collections for physical therapy and occupational therapy outpatient clinics. We have a highly trained staff to assist clinics in efficient & effective billing. Our staff goes to annual training to maintain current curriculum and high levels of excellence for providing billing services.

- Collection & input of patient information
- Timely submission of claims to insurance companies
- Quick turnaround on posting all payments
- Monthly patient statements
- Monthly/Quarterly/Year end reports including but not limited to: doctor referrals, insurance tracking and aging
